This capstone project has been more than six months in the making. As I progressed through each phase of development, I was amazed both by the amount of program competencies that the project touched on, as well as the confidence I had moving forward in creating this program. This has been a very insightful immersion that has strengthened my practice of leadership and organizational development and will serve me well as I continue to grow and develop as a leader.
